Scott Law Team offers legal services to employers and employees in the areas of labor and employment. Our team provides an unparalleled level of consultation and legal services in employment law, discrimination, litigation, wage and hour, civil rights, non-compete, restrictive covenants and employment contracts. We have over fifty years of combined experience in actively handling employment law, civil rights, and entertainment law, which includes extensive trial experience in both State and Federal Courts, as well as arbitration and administrative matters. Our firm offers consultation and representation for employees subjected to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and with questions about their wages, health benefits, unemployment, overtime pay, employee status, compensation agreements, non-competes and employment contracts. We also represent employers. We provide a number of services including representation, counsel and assistance in the creation and updates of employee policies, handbooks and contracts, and employment litigation. We also provide sexual harassment training and FLSA and OSHA audits. Our experience litigating on behalf of employees has us uniquely positioned to represent employers facing unjustified claims.

Originally founded in 2000 as Cathleen Scott & Associates, P.A., Scott Law Team has been an employment law firm for nearly 25 years with a long-lasting streak of success.
