Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including scheduling, workflow, and communications.
Oversee bookkeeping tasks: accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Assist with client billing, case management systems, and data integrity.
Handle HR duties, including onboarding and staff management.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to optimize efficiency.
Supervise team to ensure goals are met.
Schedule marketing events and attend marketing events.
Oversee stock of office supplies.
Greet visitors at office.
Be a well rounded team player and help team members as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in office management, preferably in a legal setting.
A self-starter who can work independently.
Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Understanding of legal procedures and terminology is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong communication skills.
