Manage corp matters for entities worldwide, incl mergers, acquisitions, corp structuring & governance issues. Reqd: Master of Laws or Juris Doctor. 2yr exp as Counsel, Legal Mgr or Sr Associate; 2yr exp in mergers, acquisitions, compliance & public offerings, managing legal matters across countries for multinatl co’s.
