The anticipated starting salary range is $36,400 - $50,000. Position may be filled at the minimum of the starting range.

SPECIAL NOTES: This is an anticipated vacancy.

Preferred candidate should have advanced familiarity with litigation support software such as Summation/Concordance or other program(s), as well as experience in document review and document coding; Preferred candidate should be familiar with e-discovery processes and procedures; Preferred candidate should be very familiar with the procedures of complex and multi-state litigation; Preferred candidate should have two years of supervisory and/or management and training experience of others (paralegal and/or administrative staff) in a law office.

MINIMUM AGENCY REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor's Degree and three years of professional experience in statistics, research, analysis or program evaluation. A Master's Degree can substitute for one year of the required experience. A Juris Doctorate or Doctorate can substitute for the required experience. Professional or nonprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
